Return/Exchange Policy

You may request a return or exchange within 14 days of delivery, provided the item is unworn, undamaged and in its original packaging with all tags attached.

For hygiene reasons, earrings can only be returned if they arrive faulty or damaged.

To start a return, email mahive1912@gmail.com with your order number and photos where relevant. Return postage is covered by the customer unless the item is faulty.

Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5-7 working days of us receiving the item.
